My personal journey lasted for some time accompanied by others- my allies and I finally found what I was looking for. My allies assist me on my way and help me by showing milestones and steps to do. From my experience, mindful observation of surroundings and people I noticed that coming back home is in a close connection with several pillars that can contribute to the creation of a new process. I describe it in the following steps:

  1. Defining personal purpose or state and place which I want to reach. How do I know when I’m at home?
  2. Contact with my own belief, particularly, those that cause that desired aim is difficult for me to reach.
  3. Contact with difficult emotions, as well those that build you.
  4. Creating a team of allies: internal resources, places, heroes, ancestors, family.
  5. Design method of cultivating and nurturing my internal home. Creativity, inspiration.

 a) Single session 1 x 90 minutes – PLN 450 / EUR 100

b) Package of 5 sessions 5 x 90 minutes – PLN 2,000 to be used within 3 months / EUR 440

c) Package of 8 sessions x 90 minutes – PLN 3,250 to be used within 5 months / EUR 715
